Our purpose is to guide and advise our customers and partners in business systems change and the infrastructure that supports it, including systems/technology road mapping, systems selection, process definition and re-engineering, systems implementations, customization and integration, Cloud infrastructure and migrations, upgrading and managed ongoing support.
We implement Microsoft Dynamics, build products and integrations, and support partners and end-customers globally. This position will also engage business analysis, the scope ofwork and requirements definition, project estimating, solution design, and product demonstrations. Extensive knowledge and functional understanding ofthe Dynamics 365 (FSCM) product arerequired.
Responsibilities:
Manage ERP software implementation projects (participate in discovery, design, planning deployment);
Understand customer user and system requirements and identify specific enhancement customizations if necessary;Document business requirements and functional specifications;Implement and deploy Dynamics 365 (FSCM) software applications;Manage customer expectations, and the project team and provide great customer service;Provide technical support for the project life cycle;
Work with developers during the development and testing phases;Configure Dynamics 365 (FSCM) application for the customer environment;Draft user documentation;Train users when applicable.
Qualifications:
End customer implementation experience;Experience in working in a customer-facing environment and resolving escalations when needed;Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 (FSCM) functionality and business processes;
Customer support; English knowledge Upper Intermediate/Advanced level; Dynamics 365 (FSCM) or equivalent Certifications as a plus;
Strong communication and analytical skills.
