We are looking for a seasoned Credit Data Analyst with outstanding analytical skills to join Credix's Risk & Data team in our São Paulo office.
The ideal candidate should have extraordinary analytical capabilities with very strong SQL and Python skills and experience with credit underwriting in Brazil .
Requirements 2-4 years of work experience as a Data Analyst (B2B SME credit risk underwriting strongly preferred but not required).
Advanced English and Portuguese (written and verbal).
Extensive experience with SQL and Python, or other scripting languages.
Curious and passionate to learn new things and think outside the box.
Understanding of feature engineering.
Previous experience in Analytics Engineering tools (e.g Airflow, dbt, pyspark) highly desirable.
Understanding of Brazilian market credit dynamics.
Experience/knowledge with Machine Learning is a plus Responsibilities Leverage Experimentation and Advanced Data Analytics: Derive insights by dissecting complex data and translating it into actionable strategies to optimize credit underwriting.
Optimize Purchasing Power: Determine and fine-tune purchasing power limits to balance risk and growth, driving healthy buyer engagement and maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers and businesses.
Underwriting Cost Efficiency: Play a pivotal role in managing risk, underwriting cost savings, and improving profitability for our B2B transactions.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to build effective credit risk capabilities, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our risk models.
