Responsibilities Generate data scripts in Python/SQL to quickly find insights in a timely manner and present in executive friendly format.
Design, organize, and maintain intuitive dashboards in Amplitude to provide real-time insights and support data-driven decision-making across departments.
Proactively monitor data for unusual patterns or anomalies, investigating potential issues and providing actionable insights to present to management.
Structure and optimize our data warehouse management, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient data storage and retrieval processes via FiveTran and various data sources (TikTok and Amazon) Qualifications Experience working with e-commerce companies for data analytics (in-house or in a consultative capacity).
Familiarity with product analytics tools (amplitude preferred) and setting up event tracking for sales, marketing, and product use cases.
Proficient in analyzing performance marketing funnels, including key metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Experience in SQL scripting (advanced including joins, window functions, and complex table transformations, Regex) and/ or Python (pandas/numpy/seaborn), especially in time sensitive situations.
Experience working with presenting data insights to senior leadership/ investor and creating user friendly reports of high presentability (Slide deck/memo/data notebook formats).
Experience with data modeling and data warehouse management including building data orchestration with dbt and data management in Snowflake.
Experience with marketing metrics and analysis (CPMs/CPAs/LTV) along with key financial KPIs (Revenue, Margins, forecasting) Years of Experience Requirements: 4+ years data analytics experience 2+ years scripting experience 2+ years data warehousing and pipelining 2+ years working with e-commerce companies in a data analytics capacity Bonus Qualifications: Experience with pixels, server-side, and browser-based tracking (Elevar) Knowledge of advanced modeling (SKLearn) and data analysis/ visualization (Streamlit/interactive Notebooks) with Python.
Financial modeling experience and strong excel skills.
Experience with attribution modeling/clean rooms/CDPs.
