This person will integrate our team in Sao Paulo and participate in the coordination of major projects.Responsibilities:Proficient in using SQL for querying databases and manipulating large datasets.Expertise in data analysis and manipulation using tools like Python (with libraries such as pandas, NumPy) or R.Skilled in creating insightful and interactive visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or visualization libraries in Python (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).Ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling visual representations.Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into data analysis projects, providing actionable insights that drive decision-making.Proficient in using monitoring tools (such as Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog, or Splunk) to oversee system performance, network activity, and application status.Ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and escalate issues or anomalies in real-time to ensure uninterrupted operations.Skilled in following incident response protocols, documenting incidents, and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve operational disruptions.Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and mitigate system and operational issues efficiently.Competent in analyzing operational data and generating reports to provide insights into system performance, uptime, and areas for improvement.Ability to use tools like Excel, SQL, or other analytics software to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).Excellent communication skills to effectively relay information between different teams, including IT, management, and external stakeholders.Strong organizational skills to coordinate maintenance schedules, updates, and other operational activities without disrupting business processes.We'd love you to apply if:You hold a Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Science or Engineering fieldExcellent communication skills to effectively relay information between different teams, including IT, management, and external stakeholders.You have at least 2+ years of previous experience in the industry, (energy or transportation sectors are an asset).Strong organizational skills to coordinate maintenance schedules, updates, and other operational activities without disrupting business processes
