Team Overview:
Become a strategic Business Partner in the creation of stakeholder value by leveraging data to deliver insightful, timely, and accurate information and recommendations that lead to customer-centric improvements in the operation of DiDi's ridesharing business.
Role Responsibilities:
Interacting with stakeholders to understand the business needs
Developing SQL codes to answer business questions
Giving support for different squads across the CX department
Creating automated solutions to integrate different data sources
Supporting our business partners with data perspective
Validating data and calculation methodologies between different area departments
Role Qualifications:
At least one year of experience with technical skills such as SQL knowledge (Python is a plus)
Advanced/fluent English speaking
Statistical knowledge (R is a plus)
Ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment
Data visualization tools and storytelling skills
Clear communication and the ability to explain data insights to non-data personnel
