Job Title Data Analyst - Regulatory AffairsJob DescriptionJob title: Data Analyst - Regulatory AffairsYour role:Performing forward-looking analysis, for project and strategy evaluation for regulatory transformationPro-actively supporting regulatory leadership team members by defining and reporting metrics and conducting analysis to support fact-based decisionsGathering data, analyzing, and reporting on regulatory team performanceActively supporting improvement opportunities by reporting and analyzing metrics before and after implementation of solutionsIncreasing the productivity of the organization through automationYou're the right fit if:You have:Bachelor's degree, scientific or technical disciplineAt least two years of experience in a med tech companyRegulatory experienceAdvanced skills in Excel, SharePoint, and other analytical software toolsFluency in English verbal and writtenStrong analytic, quantitative abilities and problem-solving skillsStrong stakeholder and time management skillsKPIs & MetricsExperience with BI Tools (Qlik, Power BI or Tableau) and Dashboard Creation Process (Storytelling with data)Knowledge on SharePoint (Site creation, Lists and Web Connectors)Experience with Extract, Transform and Load Data processes and associated tools (Knime, Power Query)Excel with Formulas, Slicers, VBA and MacrosStakeholder managementTime managementKnowledge about other BI Tools (Sisense and Looker), SQL, Python (I have automated some ETL steps using this) and Data Governance.AutomationExperience with Power Apps and connections with SharePoint ListsExperience with Power Automate for recurrent flowsExperience with programming languagesPrevious experience with web scraping preferredHow we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
