Data Analyst - Regulatory Affairs
Your role:
Performing forward-looking analysis, for project and strategy evaluation for regulatory transformation
Pro-actively supporting regulatory leadership team members by defining and reporting metrics and conducting analysis to support fact-based decisions
Gathering data, analyzing, and reporting on regulatory team performance
Actively supporting improvement opportunities by reporting and analyzing metrics before and after implementation of solutions
Increasing the productivity of the organization through automation

You have:
Bachelor's degree, scientific or technical discipline
At least two years of experience in a med tech company
Regulatory experience
Advanced skills in Excel, SharePoint, and other analytical software tools
Fluency in English verbal and written
Strong analytic, quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder and time management skills
KPIs & Metrics
Experience with BI Tools ( Qlik, Power BI
or Tableau) and Dashboard Creation Process (Storytelling with data)
Knowledge on SharePoint (Site creation, Lists and Web Connectors)
Experience with Extract, Transform and Load Data processes and associated tools (Knime, Power Query)
Excel with Formulas, Slicers, VBA and Macros
Stakeholder management
Time management
Knowledge about other BI Tools (Sisense and Looker), SQL, Python (I have automated some ETL steps using this) and Data Governance.
Automation
Experience with Power Apps and connections with SharePoint Lists
Experience with Power Automate for recurrent flows
Experience with programming languages
Previous experience with web scraping preferred

For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
