In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data related to quality control, safety measures, and security protocols within our organization. You will work closely with various departments to gather, interpret, and present data-driven insights that will inform decision-making processes and drive improvements in quality, safety, and security practices.Responsibilities:Data Collection and Analysis:Collect, clean, and analyze data related to quality control, safety incidents, and security breaches.Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for analysis.Performance Monitoring:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, safety, and security.Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Track and report on the progress of quality, safety, and security initiatives.Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats to quality, safety, and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures.Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:Stay informed about relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality, safety, and security.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations through data analysis and reporting.Assist in preparing documentation for audits and inspections.Communication and Collaboration:Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and dashboards.Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, quality assurance, and security, to address identified issues and implement solutions.Serve as a subject matter expert on data analysis techniques and methodologies.Qualifications:Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a quality, safety, or security-related role.Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and data visualization software (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI).
