Responsibilities: Manage and lead a high-performance team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.Manage a team of approximately 5 to 10 resources, depending on project allocation.Review to verify that best practices have been followed for high-quality products, recommending appropriate data sources, models, and methods.Work with product leaders, engineering, and commercial strategy to form a unified data-driven strategy.Support the prioritization of analysis requests alongside stakeholders and DPMs based on business impact and level of effort.Balance team leadership efforts with practical development/coding of data products, metrics, and visualizations.Drive business strategy by providing insights into current performance and highlighting growth opportunities through advanced data analysis and statistical modeling.Develop data sets/schemas from multiple sources, including internal databases and other external sources.Produce effective data narratives and develop data visualizations using PowerBI.Ensure the use of appropriate analytical methods to solve complex business problems.Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.Requirements and Qualifications: Degree in Information Systems, Data Science and Analytics, or related field.Prior experience in technical management of Data Analyst teams and extensive experience in data analysis and data science.Advanced English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.Experience in cloud solutions such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or Teradata.Expertise in SQL, Power BI, and DAX; experience with Tableau and Mode is a plus.Proficient in programming languages such as Python, PySpark, and SQL.Experience with SQL/NOSQL databases; knowledge of R is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills with a solid background in statistical analysis.Experience in gathering complex business requirements and identifying data needs.Experience in analyzing data to identify key insights, gaps, and inconsistencies.Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodology.Experience leveraging transactional and digital behavioral data to understand business impacts.Soft Skills: Promote collaboration and a productive work environment by sharing knowledge and experience.Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams and present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.Proven ability to seek unconventional solutions and develop innovative solutions.Benefits: Performance-based bonus*Attendance bonus*Casual dress code and office days off*Health, dental, and life insuranceDiscounts on medicationWellhub partnershipDiscounts on Ambev products*Ben Club partnershipGuarantee of school supplies and access to language and training platformsEqual Opportunity and Affirmative Action: BEES is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
