**The opportunity**
As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be actively contributing to transforming data into actionable insights for our clients.
Your role will involve a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business knowledge to help clients leverage their data assets to make informed decisions, optimize operations, and drive growth.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage client engagements to understand their business objectives and data analytics requirements
- Oversee data extraction, cleaning, and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis
- Translate complex analytical findings into strategic recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Create intuitive data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders to interpret the results
- Ensure engagement project expectations are met as defined by project and engagement stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to grow the business
- Monitor project scope, schedule, and the progress of client engagement deliverables
- Identify, communicate, and address project risks, assumptions, and constraints
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across other EY functional groups
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics tools
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
**Key Requirements**
- A bachelor's degree (MQF Level 6) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant, professional work experience in data and analytics
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and SAS
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proven leadership and project management skills
