We are seeking a superstar Data & Analytics Architect to work with a high performance team and help build a cutting-edge data platform to support business transformation.
You will be at the center of amazing projects which will bring BRP to the next level in the analytics space and generate value for the business.YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Establish and maintain data modeling guidelines, working closely with business lines, business analysts, data governance team and data engineers across the organization.Capture business requirements to establish relational, dimensional or data vault data models to support different data use cases.Transform business requirements into technical specifications for data engineering.Perform some Data Engineering activities such as development of data products.Ensure compliance of data-related processes with industry standards and laws such as GDPR and SOX.Define and implement the architecture elements that will ensure the timeliness, quality, security and availability of data.Continuously improve the data platform architecture, from source data capture to the presentation layer.Be a leader in defining best practices and creative thinking.YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Analysis, Finance or related field.5 – 10 years of data-related experience.Experience in data architecture within the Finance field.Expert in understanding and applying Data Modeling methodologies while designing data products (Kimball, Data Vault, etc.
).Ability to read, understand and generate coding commands related to data engineering activities.In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to manage information, data, and correspondence on multiple levels.Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally with various business stakeholders.Problem solver with critical thinking skills including an aptitude to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic organization.Highly motivated to work in an open team environment, employing a collaborative, continuous improvement, and innovation mindset.Experience with Snowflake, SAP, Power Bi, Machine Learning or Artificial intelligence, Kimball, Data Vault, Azure, DBT.ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
