**What does a Data Asset Manager do at Hogarth?
**
Our Data Asset team is a vital role within our production team.
The Digital Asset Manager/Librarian will lead projects and direct support for an enterprise DAM platform servicing a global client.
Key responsibilities include establishing and improving standard operating procedures, overseeing centralized processes and advocating for asset management best practices.
This role will be tasked with managing large volume of assets across multiple brands within this client and working across our teams regionally.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
- Ingestion, mapping & naming of assets both automatically and manually onto the digital asset management system
- Maintenance and enforcement of the content taxonomy/naming conventions, as well as participation in the initial creation of the taxonomy
- Run reports from the digital asset management system and format appropriately for distribution to Account Management and clients
- Track all uploads and downloads for reporting/billing purposes
- Review new assets to ensure all files are present and correctly formatted
- Inform interested parties (client or internal) once QC is passed and assets are available to order/adapt
- Maintain regular contact with agencies to ensure any queries/requests for re-supply are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner
- First point of contact for user queries about upload specs etc.
or simple queries on how to use the system (including client, agency, 3rd party users)
- Creates 'smart sets' where requested by client to group assets by campaign/project for ease of distribution/sharing
- Management of Usage Rights metadata
- Identify and flag where planned uploads have not arrived (delivery dates missed by uploader)
- Compile monthly data reports for management (number of uploads by region, most popular assets, overview of file types etc.)
**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**
This role reports to the local Business Leads as well as working across the Americas Region.
You will work closely with the production, operation, design, traffic and digital teams.
**Requirements**:
- Work experience within the advertising, marketing or production space in a related field or position
- Ideally, previous experience with Adobe Experience Manager or with a digital asset management system
- Excellent attention to details
- Good client facing skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience working with Global teams
- Fluent English Level
- Good to have: Advanced Spanish Level
