Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeJob DescriptionPosition OverviewProvides Data Delivery support for one or more Provider Insights projects, by performing assigned tasks in deliveries development, quality control, database requirements, data cleaning and data quality control oversight.Essential FunctionsApplies relevant components of the project scope to project deliveries.Acts as liaison to the Project Manager and/or client as required to support data related queries.Develops and maintains project data related documentation files.Performs data review following documented guidelines.May participate in client meetings representing Data Delivery team, when required.Identifies potential out of scope requests and reports to Project Manager.Mentors junior level staff on all associated data related tasks within a project.Performs all assigned data delivery activities independently and efficiently, with attention to high quality of deliverables and timelines.Develops and maintains good professional communication with internal co-workers and external resources to ensure project execution.Responsible for deliveries design and development for a variety of multi-country research studies, according to project scope and requirements provided by the Project manager.Maintains effective project internal status reporting.Performs deliveries quality control according to established guidelines.Generates custom data queries to develop bespoke data visualizations, as per project scope.Participates in regular and adhoc meetings with the project team throughout the project lifecycle.Oversights data cleaning and data quality control activities performed by the Data Delivery lead.Identifies and reports to Project Manager delivery related risks that might impact deliveries timelines and quality.Job ComplexityWorks on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.Job KnowledgeHas substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.Supervision ReceivedNormally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.Business RelationshipsContacts are frequent with individuals representing other departments, and/or representing outside organizations (clients). Contacts involve obtaining or providing information or data within Provider Insights projects scope.Education and ExperienceBachelor's or master's degree.Experience with a market research or pharmaceutical marketing research (desired).Demonstrated experience using SharePoint and Office 365 Tools.Specialist skills in Data visualization - Tableau expertise preferred (analyst level).Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.Experienced with data curation and understanding of complex data sets.1-2 years of relevant professional experience is required.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Applies knowledge and skills in a highly organized fashion while adhering to regulatory guidelines, SOPs and client expectations.Strong attention to detail and skill with numbers.Ability to use interactive computer programs.Good written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of English language.Good analytical/problem-solving skills.Ability to work productively with direct supervision.Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with proprietary data.Proven flexibility and adaptability.Ability to work in a team environment and independently as needed.Must demonstrate good judgment in making decisions.Understands project scope.Idiom ProficiencyAdvanced English.Management Role:No management responsibility.Working Conditions and Environment:Work is performed remotely.Potential occasional travel required.
