Data Intelligence Lead

Position Mission: As a Data Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems to process and analyze data collected from external surveys (completed by doctors, hospitals, etc.)
and internal sources.
Your insights will be key to determining accurate and competitive pricing for clinical research contracts.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, develop actionable reports, and provide strategic recommendations based on your analysis.
Main attributions: Data Collection and Integration: Develop and implement automated systems to collect and process data from external surveys and internal databases.
Integrate external data (e.g., medical survey responses) with internal data sources to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze external and internal data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to clinical research pricing.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Pricing Model Development: Collaborate with pricing and research teams to develop and refine pricing models based on data-driven insights.
Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to forecast pricing trends and optimize contract pricing strategies.
System Optimization and Maintenance: Continuously improve and automate data processing systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure data quality and consistency through regular audits and updates to data processing workflows.
Academic Background: Business Administration, Engineering or related areas.
MBA desirable.
Language: Advanced English.
Time of experience in the position: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar role, preferably in clinical research or healthcare.
Proven experience in developing and implementing automated data processing systems.
Experience with pricing analysis and financial modeling is a plus.
