Be located in Metro Manila or surrounding locations (Laguna, Rizal, Cavite, and Bulacan), overseeing data exports from legacy POS systems like QuickBooks, Decor Fusion, RockSolid, and more.Perform manual data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.Utilize tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, internal Google tools, and Microsoft Excel to streamline and support your work.Compensation and other benefits Earn $175 per week as an Independent Contractor.Enjoy monthly team dinners in the Alabang or BGC area.Note: The benefits listed below are not included.Requirements You hold a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline.You are proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and point-of-sale systems.You have exceptional attention to detail.You have a reliable high-speed internet connection and your own laptop.Your availability aligns with the schedule: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Philippine Time.You're prepared to work overtime during client go-live events and be on-call as needed.This is a full-time role, requiring flexibility to work beyond regular hours, especially during critical periods.Icing on the cake You have hands-on experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.You are proficient in using Salesforce.You are familiar with Google Internal Tools.You excel in working with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.You have prior experience in a fast-growing startup environment.Interview Process Screening Call (30 minutes): A remote call with Jackie, our first Data Lead.Interview (30 minutes): A remote interview with Amanda, Head of Finance, Recruiting, and Operations.Homework Assignment (2-hour prep): After the introductory call, instructions for the homework task will be sent.On-Site Interview (1 hour): An in-person interview focusing on your ability to learn quickly.Culture Fit Discussion (30 minutes): A conversation with Amanda about your experience and career goals.Sample Task (30 minutes): A practical exercise involving data export and a detail-oriented assessment.Culture Call (30 minutes): A remote interview with Karen and Jackie, Data Leads at Rundoo.Final Call (30 minutes): A remote interview with Tyler, who will be managing you.Reference Check: Provide two substantial references for evaluation.Who we areIn alphabetical order:
