We bet on you!The Data & Analytics Team:The Data & Analytics (D&A) team serves the entire Group, supporting business units across multiple time zones and working with key functions such as marketing, CRM, customer support, finance, product, and technology. We manage the entire data lifecycle—covering integration, modeling, business intelligence, data science/ML, and web/event analytics—along with embedded business analysts.With around 40 members, including many senior professionals, D&A offers a strong learning environment. We handle platform management, data integration, and analysis, delivering solutions to several business units and brands. Our work is closely aligned with business needs to drive impactful outcomes.We are now building new data platform environments and streamlining group-wide business processes.What you will do:Your team would primarily focus on data engineering and the acquisition & integration of all our extensive data sources! This includes activities such as:Data Architecture: identifying the data sources, defining the data models, and determining how the data will be stored, processed, and analysed.Data Integration: identifying the data sources, data mapping & transformation.Data Management: monitoring system performance, troubleshooting and data security.Data Quality: developing automated and manual testing procedures.Data Analytics: developing and implementing applications and techniques used to extract insights.Documentation.Who you are:You have 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, or 1+ year of Data Engineer experience in combination with 5+ years of data adjacent programming experience.Familiar with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.You have a strong technical background in data systems, programming, and data analysis.Fluent in English in verbal and written form.Conceptual understanding of data integration, transformation, BI, ML/AI, Data Security.Previous data centric role such as: data analyst, data engineer, ...
