Data Product Analyst

Data Product Analyst (4-6+ Month Contract) Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Data Products Analyst to join our team for a 4-6 month contract.
This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, as you will be working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions.
You will collaborate with the data products team to perform various analytics-related tasks, from creating dashboards and tables to conducting detailed data analyses.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Perform data analysis, data profiling, and identify new data sources to enhance business processes.
Develop and refine dashboards, reports, and analytics products to support decision-making.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating test plans based on stakeholder discussions and adapting existing tests for new use cases.
Document processes, findings, and methodologies to ensure transparency and reusability.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Proven experience in data analysis, data profiling, and delivering analytics solutions.
Familiarity with UAT processes, including test creation and execution.
Attention to detail and ability to document workflows and findings.
Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with big data analysis.
Familiarity with web analytics tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of OIT data systems or processes.
Contract Details: Duration: 4-6 months.
Location: Hybrid candidates local to the Chicago area would be preferred, but we will also consider primarily remote options.
