Mútua is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the development of our data roadmap while we prepare for launching our global data product.
About the Role As a Data Product Manager , you will be at the center of product development, shaping Mútua's core data intelligence capabilities.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform meets the needs of funders and innovators, driving transformational impact across essential systems like food, healthcare, and energy.
What You'll Do Data Product Development : Own and drive the data roadmap for Mútua's data intelligence platform, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user needs.
Data Strategy : Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to structure and optimize data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Customer Focus : Engage with users and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and prioritize features for development.
Data Backlog Management : Organize and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for data product sprints, ensuring efficient execution.
Analytics and Insights : Leverage your technical expertise to drive data-driven decision-making across product development and strategy.
Scrum: Facilitate Agile workflows, leveraging Scrum methodologies to coordinate sprints, reviews, and retrospectives for iterative data product delivery.
Scalability : Ensure that the data product is designed to scale efficiently, supporting Mútua's expansion into new systems and geographies.
What We're Looking For Experience : At least 3 years of experience as a Data Product Manager, ideally in early-stage startups.
Technical Background : Strong preference for candidates with technical experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field.
Organizational Skills : Highly organized with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Communication : Exceptional communication skills to align diverse teams and clearly convey technical and strategic insights.
Startup Mindset : Proven track record of thriving in early-stage startup environments, balancing creativity and execution.
