**PLEASE SUBMIT ENGLISH RESUMES ONLY ** RADCOM is looking for Data Scientist, a key highly technical position within our growing company with a dynamic and exciting environment. The Data Scientist will take part in developing business insights for RADCOM's telecom customers, based on network data being collected. The individual is required to demonstrate experience and understanding of Mobile networks, as well as knowledge in programming and/or data analytics using big data, visualization, transformation, AI/ML and analysis tools. The Data Scientist will be actively involved with requirement definition, design, development and customization of RADCOM analytics solution and will work in partnership with multiple departments and functions within the organization. The Data Scientist will be in involved with supporting of RADCOM analytic tools and will be involved in solving real issues related to Mobile networks; he/she will work closely with the customer and partners in a dynamic versatile environment with cutting-edge technologies. The Data Scientist will take part in developing creating BI solutions on industry standard tools as well as home-grown tools. This includes developing data models as well as visualization layer utilizing "soft" development and programming skills. Required qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science. • Multi-year experience with 4G/5G RAN, Wireless core, and IMS core networks. • Familiarity and experience with a large variety of Wireless Network Functions and associated protocol and call flows e.g. S1AP, SIP, RTP, Diameter, GTP, HTTP2 • Demonstrate understanding of the "big picture" of how the network operates and ability to troubleshoot complex scenarios. • Understanding of network KPIs and metrics. Experience working and using analytical tools and techniques. • Experience with BI /Data Visualization Tools (Tableau/Power BI /Grafana/Cognos etc.) • Experience with ETL Tools /Data Pipelines/NiFi/Kafka • Firm knowledge and experience with SQL complex queries • Background of working for Wireless Operator within network operations, engineering, or similar demonstrated experience with above-mentioned technologies -an advantage • Programming or scripting background including HTML5/JavaScript/jQuery/Python/R /Java - an advantage Demonstrate knowledge and experience working with Big Data, Machine Learning and Data science concepts - an advantage. • Familiarity with Linux • Demonstrate a track record of positive customer-facing engagement • Excellent written and spoken communication skills • Self-driven but also team-orientation and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills and the ability to lead new and innovative design and process changes.
