Job Description
Specific responsibilities for this role include:
Development and deployment of new analytical models and techniques for measurement framework within the organization.
Utilization of Visa data, analytic capabilities, technology, and industry expertise to standardize and improve marketing campaigns measurement.
Conceptualization and delivery of standardized campaign measurement methodologies.
Creation and execution of models and processes, including development, validation, testing, production, and monitoring phases.
Continuous development and presentation of innovative ideas to enhance Visa's current business practices.
Connection of insights and findings with business objectives, understanding business issues, grounding them in data-based insights, and ensuring their application in execution.
Interaction with both internal and external stakeholders for the strategic definition of analysis and initiatives.
Ideal candidates should be motivated, data-driven, and analytic, capable of delivering strategic thought leadership, diagnosing problems, and providing high-impact solutions to support business growth and performance.
Candidates should also have solid experience in developing enduring, strategic relationships across the Visa organization.
This is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
BA or BS required.
MBA or other relevant Master degree preferred (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, and Engineering).
+8 years of relevant industry experience in analytics or CRM in a leading commercial brand or management consulting with relevant industry experience in retail, financial services, payment or retail banking or cards management experience.
Previous experience on studies on consumer behavior, marketing campaign targeting and effectiveness, and CLTV.
Experience in big data analytics and statistical modeling.
Work with large volumes of data.
Extract and manipulate large datasets using standard tools such as Hadoop Ecosystem, Apache Spark, through scripting in Python, SQL, Java, etc.
Hands-on skills in cleaning, manipulating, analyzing, visualizing, and modeling large data sets.
Transform data and analysis to executive business language.
Continuously develop and present innovative ideas based on data-driven approach in order to improve current business practices within Visa.
Excellent project management, organizational, and presentational skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
