Job Description
The coordinator will play an essential role in assisting the team with business modeling aimed at increasing sales and meeting agreed SLAs with L's clients. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for designing data-driven projects for retailers.
As a Data Scientist Coordinator you design short term loyalty programmes based on the profile and necessity of each retailer, analyse transactional data related to our loyalty programmes, guarantee the allocation of products to all stores, analyse macro and micro performance, create reports for clients and implement action plans to ensure the success of each campaign, adding value to the business according to the company's priorities. Your analysis prove and improve the impact of these programmes to drive sales.
The candidate must be agile, pro-active, with great analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Contributing to enhancing customer experience and process efficiency by exploring, extracting, and transforming data into valuable insights.
Transforming data to fit our data model;
Using data, he/she must understand and interpret the problems presented by our clients into business solutions.
Transform data into stories, meeting the needs of our clients both internally and externally
Design short term programmes for clients based on the profile and necessity of each retailer;
Proactively generate insights based on available data, design new performance indicators and reports and present it to business in an attractive manner;
Design reports and presentations of routine results within the agreed deadlines with internal areas and customers;
Monitor the goods in the stores and guarantee, in partnership with the customers, the agreed service level;
Monitor campaign indicators, make short-term forecasts and design action plans to ensure the expected result;
Contribute to all areas of programme measurement (ideation, planning, measurement, recommendation) with an emphasis on analysing mid-programme and end-programme performance to show impact of our loyalty programs;
Monitor in detail the categories and partner brands impacted by the campaigns;
Assist different areas of the company and be the point of reference in problem-solving capacity;
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on data and analysis required for programme and campaign measurement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business Administration, Engineering or related areas;
Entrepreneurial spirit and willing to be "hands on" to provide support beyond job description.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
Familiarity with various Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Power BI or other visualization tools;
Organized, very sharp on details and willing to grow with the company;
Desire to expand your knowledge and have direct contact with all areas;
Strong teamwork, communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills;
Ability to work with several demands at once;
Fluent English (spoken and written) will be considered a plus;
Programming skills (Python/R/SQL) will be considered a plus;
3+ years of hands on analytical/reporting experience in retail / grocery/ Loyalty will be considered a plus.
