In this role you will need to have: • Experience in Datacenter installations • Experience in DC IT Infrastructure (Servers, Core Network, Storage, Operating System, ERP, HCI) • Experience to monitor multiple devices/applications using Zabbix/Grafana/PBI/Tableau • Experience to run runbook according to incident event • Experience to find the right SOP and provide feedback for improvements Prerequisites: Knowledge to gather information from these tools: • Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) • Python, Java, nat. • Elastic Stack, Kibana e Selenium • Microsoft System Center Orchestrator (SCO) • PowerShell • SQL Reporting Services e Power BI • Application Insights • Foglight.
