Basic Qualifications
- Experience in managing medium to large programs, managing deadline and communicating with stakeholders.
- Technical but not a software developer.
Understand functional specifications, and can discuss issues with technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to be a big picture thinker, strategist and long-term planner.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, including the ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet operational performance goals
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills, including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights

- Support and own the design and development of projects, working through all related dependencies with internal and external teams, mainly Operations, Transportation, Buyer Risk Prevention and Technology teams.
- Act as liaison between different teams (international and local technical, operations, logistics, payments, tax, finance, customer services) to ensure activities are synced and information flowing.
- Keep leadership communicated about key project issues and actively work with responsible teams on identifying and solving paths to green.
- Create and lead go-live plans, end to end user testing cases, ensuring all business and operations teams have their goals created and delivered on time.
- Ensure the team is focused on the highest value activities and business issues that would be critical path for providing the best customer experience.
- Regularly poll the team in advance for their hot-points and creating the appropriate agenda in weekly and monthly meetings.
- Support teams in BR needing help thinking through Operational problems (both business and technical).
- Create and control the project document depository and make sure Business and Operations teams are following proper documentation of their activities and decisions.
- SQL proficiency
- Project management experience that shows how to organize find solutions and follow through to a successful conclusion
- Can adapt well to changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
