We are looking for a Delivery Manager.
Your main tasks will be:
Managing project requirements (timelines, etc.).
Planning releases (multiple times a week, focusing on deploying the project to production).
Monitoring project progress and deadlines, resolving blockers.
Tracking project performance metrics and improving the development team's throughput (time to market).
Enhancing the development team's capacity for handling more projects.
We expect from you:
Proven results in the previous role (numbers, achievements, metrics, XYZ).
Data-driven decision-making (product-related decisions).
Experience in managing a distributed team.
Growth mindset.
Experience with Kanban.
Experience or interest in the blockchain industry.
Expertise in requirements management.
