Experience in the healthcare industry is nice to have but not mandatory. Functional experience working with artificial intelligence is nice to have but not mandatory. Experience managing remote and hybrid teams. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Desire to work in an information systems environment. Proficiency in Portuguese and English. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
