Your success will be measured by top-of-funnel opportunities generated and closed won deals.The role will primarily involveDrive demand through various channels including email outreach, social media, ads, and SEO.Work cross-functionally with the sales team to maximize the number of inbound and outbound opportunities that are generated.Run email marketing efforts to existing customers to maximize engagement and nurture past opportunities.Be responsible for creating targeted prospect lists, prospecting flows, and outreach automation for both prospective and existing customers.Deploy a discretionary marketing budget toward events, experiments, and SEO to maximize opportunity generation.Codify efforts to target bottom-of-funnel keywords that generate conversions with an external content marketing team.Ideal candidates will have1-3 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation.A high level of experience and understanding of how B2B cold email works.The ability to create and implement automation workflows in applications like Hubspot, Zapier, Segment, and Intercom without developer assistance.Great written and verbal communication skills.Experience working inside a startup, indicating familiarity with the cadence and work environment.Up to 28 days PTO annually.Medical, dental, and vision insurance (for candidates outside the United Kingdom).An Apple work computer and some of the best technology in the world to hit your number, including Hubspot, Salesloft/Outreach, Goodfit, Apollo, Intercom, and of course, Allegrow.Ready to apply?Send your resume and a brief video (60 seconds max) to ****** explaining why you're the perfect fit for this role.
