Remote Work Metal Toad is a fully remote organization with all employees having the option to work from home. The candidate must be able to work between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time (PST) from Monday through Friday.

Job Description The Demand Generation Specialist at Metal Toad is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers (Leads) to create a robust sales pipeline. This role is essential in driving our growth by generating high-quality leads that align with our business objectives.
Mission To identify, qualify, and develop leads through strategic outreach and targeted marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects that align with the company's sales objectives and growth targets. This role reports to the Director of Operations.
Outcomes Lead Generation and Qualification Research and qualify leads: Research and identify potential leads through various channels including social media and online research. Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure alignment with company objectives. Outreach and Engagement Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to potential leads through email, phone calls, and social media platforms. Engagement: Develop and maintain a lead nurturing process to engage prospects and guide them through the sales funnel. Pipeline Management Organize: Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities. HubSpot: Use HubSpot to track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes. Collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams Work closely with the sales and marketing teams: Understand target markets and develop strategies to generate leads that meet these criteria. Collaborate with the marketing team: Align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives. Data Management and Reporting Hygiene: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in the CRM. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and performance against targets. Continuous Improvement Stay tuned: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation. Process improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the lead generation process based on data analysis and feedback. Requirements Read and align with Metal Toad's Corporate Values Statement.
