**Job Profile / Activities**:
- This person will be the primary meeting coordinator for S&OP and the primary S&OP audit contact.
- Evaluates and manages receivables credit risk requiring an in depth understanding of country risk including financial, legal, and political factors of each individual Latin American country and appropriate evaluation of commercial risk for each obligor. Incumbent is also responsible for evaluation and recommending revisions to country exposure limits.
- Develop marketplace assumptions - consolidate data that enables the sales organizations to align of machine demand to forecast. Analyze monthly proposed forecast.
- Set agenda and prepare materials for S&OP Demand Meetings - Demand Review and Velocity Review, with responsibility for all GCI Core Products. Coordinate monthly S&OP metrics reporting. Act as primary liaison contact in acquiring information for preparing monthly S&OP materials & charts, in addition to providing recommendations for continuous S&OP process improvement. Position provides continuous & effective communication among demand & supply, whilst maintaining & upkeep of the S&OP processes in the assigned region/products for a region. Serve as regional and divisional S&OP go-to expert for all Sales and Solutions Department - answer questions, escalate issues, provide specific product analysis on as needed basis, make recommendations for process improvements to the S&OP Advisory team.
- Facilitate process and data collection to support dealers making decisions and managing needed inventory to achieve forecast plan and to account for New Product Introductions. Provide input to Product Groups and DSD for allocation of products to the specific region.
- The position is challenged to carefully evaluate problems and review a large number of possible solutions before selecting one option. Problems may be complex and can require the incumbent to develop solutions. The incumbent is free to determine the best way to complete job assignments in order to achieve desired results.

**Basic Qualifications**
**Education**:College degree
**Language**:Pre Advanced English
**Behavioral skills**:Good interpersonal skills are required to develop a cooperative working relationship with others inside and outside the department.
Customer Focus - extensive level of experience: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking - extensive level of experience: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
**Desirable Qualifications**
Nine to twelve years of progressively responsible job-related experience
Fluent English and Spanish
An understanding of mechanized claims processing, service data systems and/or dealer operations may be required.
