OBJECTIVE: Responsible for the IBP & Demand Planning process in KHC Brazil. This position will ensure IBP overall calendar and process is properly in place in Brazil business unit, taking leadership to run the cycle and being part of the transformation to leverage the overall process in Kraft Heinz Brazil. Will ensure Sales Forecast is built properly within the IBP cycle, reviewing sales forecasting monthly with the given IBP planning horizon, generating statistical forecasting combined with all demand drivers (building blocks) and working closely with cross-functional areas (Commercial, MKT, Trade, RGM). Sell-out driven forecasting combined with trade DOH level to determine Sell-in plan is fundamental. Will support overall governance meetings such as S&OP and S&OE, supporting month volume and IBP delivery. Ensure a single and common sales forecast plan, aligned with the growth and strategy of the company. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Sales Forecasting (1-18 months); Leadership on IBP process and cycle according to playbook; Provide visibility of Demand Planning KPIs: BIAS, Accuracy; Forecast Submission aligned with organizational Planning and Business cycle; SCL Supply Chain Losses (Waste Mgmt) – Write Off control; Service level: Supply vs Demand synchronization (out-of-stock); SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: English (mandatory) and Spanish (desirable); Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Business, Logistics or equivalent; Experience in leadership position in Demand planning, Forecasting, Commercial Planning, Supply Planning; Knowledge of MS Office and SAP (Excel advanced is required); Power BI or similar knowledge is desired; Experience in FMCG (not mandatory); Previous and proven experience leading S&OP or IBP processes; Forecasting platforms previous experience (AOP, o9, Anaplan); APICS or similar Supply Chain certification.
