Job Description: As an Appointment Setter with Closing More Cases, you'll be the first point of contact for potential patients, responsible for engaging leads and scheduling high-quality consultations for our clients. Your primary role will be to connect with interested patients, conduct pre-qualification (both clinical and financial), and ensure they are ready for their appointments. We're looking for a motivated, empathetic communicator who can deliver a positive patient experience and drive consultation show rates.
