Your primary role will be to connect with interested patients, conduct pre-qualification (both clinical and financial), and ensure they are ready for their appointments. We're looking for a motivated, empathetic communicator who can deliver a positive patient experience and drive consultation show rates.Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential patients who have shown interest in dental services, focusing on engaging them and answering initial questions.
- Perform clinical and financial pre-qualifications, ensuring that only qualified leads proceed to scheduled consultations.
- Schedule appointments efficiently in the CRM, coordinating with the dental practice's availability and specific scheduling protocols.
- Follow up with patients using personalized, timely reminders to maximize show rates and reduce cancellations.
- Document interactions in the CRM accurately, providing the client with visibility into each lead's status and journey.
- Collaborate with the Closing More Cases team to adjust scripts, improve follow-up techniques, and optimize scheduling performance.
- Provide excellent customer service, building rapport and maintaining a compassionate approach to patient communication.Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales: 1+ years preferred in roles involving phone-based customer service, lead management, or appointment setting.
- Dental or Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of dental terminology or experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and connect with patients over the phone, demonstrate empathy, and handle objections professionally.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems for data entry and lead management is essential; knowledge of tools likeOpen Dental or similar is a bonus.
