This role is about sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in those hard-to-fill dental roles.
You'll need to use a mix of digital tools (Manatal, Facebook groups, and campaigns) and manual processes like tracking and data entry to keep things organized and moving.
Attention to detail and clear communication are key.Key ResponsibilitiesSource Talent : Use Manatal, Facebook & LinkedIn groups, and digital campaigns to find the perfect candidates for dentistry's most challenging talent needs.Build Relationships : Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.Interview & Assess : Conduct thorough interviews to ensure the right fit for both clients and candidates.Track & Organize : Use tools like spreadsheets and ClickUp to track progress and keep data up to date.Clear Communication : Present candidates concisely and effectively to clients.QualificationsExperience in headhunting or recruiting, preferably in dental or healthcare.Comfortable using Manatal, Facebook groups, and running digital campaigns.Attention to detail, especially when it comes to data entry and tracking.Strong communication skills and the ability to be concise and clear.A proactive approach to sourcing and managing multiple candidates at once.What We OfferWork alongside The Chief Psycho and the Bonannos, dentistry's top consultants.Fully remote role with flexibility to work from anywhere.A supportive, fun team culture with opportunities to grow and make a real impact.#J-18808-Ljbffr
