CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT WITH 2 TO 5 YRS EXPS IN BIG4 CO.
Preparation of annual budget of operating expenses for Brazil
Preparation of zero level budget and analysis of cost as per nature of project.
Monitoring budget Vs actual booking of expenses on monthly basis.
Preparation of variance report on budget vs actual income/ expenses & take corrective actions.
Review & revision of budget on quarterly / half-yearly basis.
Analyzing provisions for expenses, Prepaid expenses etc.
Preparation and rolling out monthly MIS inclusive of monthly performance, balance sheet, cash flow, collection MIS, annual overhead budgets, debtor and creditors ageing, loan summary etc.
Preparation of board meeting, shareholder meeting and other secretarial documents for Brazilian companies
SPoC for all co-ordination and giving response to all the queries and clarification from head office (corporate, treasury, compliance and legal team) related to Brazilian operation
Analyzing & evaluating business performance from the financial point of view and key business metrics to facilitate
Financial control in line with corporate financial objectives.
Preparation for management reviews & presentations.
Any other task as assigned by the Manager from time to time
