Deputy Plant Manager

Our client is from the automotive sector.ResponsibilitiesEnsure safety of employees, through machine compliance, training of employees, respect of Mandatory Rules and prevention of risks;Ensure respect for the environment and secure Internal Control of the Plant;Manage variable margin: direct labor efficiciency and productivity / material cost consumption / Scrap and rework reduction / Inbound & outbound freight costs;Manage fixed cost: indirect labor / manufacturing costs / machine amortization, etc;Use Capex to support Plant continuous improvement and address mandatory requirements, contribute to program Capex optimization with Program teams with best possible utilization of existing assets;Drive continuous and breathrough improvement through plant priorities and resources defined by the PIP (Plant Improvement Plan) and aligned with Strategic Plan business targets;Participate in Strategic Plan construction to confirm Plant mid-term vision and future.QualificationsProven and successful experience in production management and lean manufacturing /Toyota production system;Proven experience in team management with leadership and coaching skills;Fluent (written and spoken) English.
