Your role and responsibilitiesRole: The Blue Studio design practice is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Associate Creative Director to oversee a team and broad range of multimedia projects.
The Associate Creative Director will strategically lead designs from concept development, directing, refining, and producing into reality.
The right candidate will have a strong understanding of and passion for how people interact with and move through branded experiences.
Work will include a range of assets and projects, including online, digital, data visualization, print, social, video, and events.
Your primary responsibilities will include:In partnership with Creative Directors, oversee design team's work.Lead and co-lead projects from conception, design, through execution.Assure the team's deliverables are met, ranging from print to online and multimedia.Bring abstract concepts to life though typography, illustration, iconography and photography.Deep understanding of IBM's business strategies and goals.Command of IBM brand's vision, systems, and documentation.Contribute to style guides, UI toolkits, and other design documentation, as needed.Work with team members to establish priority, fidelity and delivery of tasks.Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually.Speak and present to range of stakeholders.Ensure quality control and outcomes.Required educationBachelor's Degree
