You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of their systems.Key Responsibilities:Responding to client support requests in a timely and professional manner.Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including networking problems.Installing and maintaining computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and software applications.Providing technical training and support to end-users.Documenting and resolving technical issues effectively.Ordering and managing IT supplies.Requirements Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician.Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.Proficiency in popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.Fluency in Portuguese and English.Join our team and contribute to the success of a global leader in the industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
