Our responsibility ranges from provisioning to billing, from space management and security to cloud qualities such as elasticity and resource control.What you'll doManage a growing, highly skilled, and motivated agile team of software developers and QA engineering with different experience levels.Lead, motivate, develop, and coach your employees.Create an environment of education, trust, openness, agility, and motivation to form and continuously improve the development team you are responsible for with a tenacity to solve problems in a result-focused way.Actively contribute to vision, strategy, architecture, and developments of SAP Datasphere.Guide the team on agile software development methodology, following DevOps principles.Assist in the creation of user stories, technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and help track and maintain them throughout the development process.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish a close relationship, aiming for the most sustainable prioritization among customer feedback, overall product strategy, and internal requirements.Be part of a distributed, international, and globally operating development organization.What you bringUniversity bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science or related fields.Strong track record of demonstrated growth in technical leadership including project management, team leadership, or equivalent.
