Job Description: As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure and software systems. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties and responsibilities, including cloud architecture, CI pipeline support, automation, security, and more. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Cloud Solutions: Design and architect cloud solutions to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness. CI Pipeline Support: Manage and support project Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines, ensuring seamless software builds and deployments. Infrastructure Automation: Implement and maintain infrastructure automation tools for efficient provisioning and management. Automation: Automate processes to build, test, configure, and deploy software, applications, and infrastructure. Roadmap Tasks: Handle tasks outlined in the DevOps roadmap, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Contingency Support: Address ad-hoc tasks from the development and quality control teams, providing technical solutions. Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new technology options and vendor products to enhance our infrastructure. Documentation: Document software and infrastructure configurations, ensuring comprehensive records. Production Support: Provide Level 3 support for both production and non-production environments, troubleshooting issues and implementing preventive measures. Security Policies: Maintain Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and Cloud Network Security policies, including firewall configuration. Certificates Management: Manage security certificates for websites and SSH keys. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role. Proficiency in cloud technologies (Azure specifically). Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform). Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Understanding of security best practices and network security. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
