Join us in shaping our future–and yours.Role reports to: Supply Chain Excellence Leader in LATAMWhat you will doThe Digital & Analytics Manager is responsible for leading projects related to the introduction of digital products, services and platforms in Latin America Operations as well as play a crucial role in leading data-driven initiatives and providing strategic insights to support Kenvue's business goals. You will work closely with Global functions, Ops, Digital Transformation Office, Technology & Data and the regions to identify and lead in the development and implementation of digital solutions that enhance supply chain processes to drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, supply chain strategy, process design & improvements, project management and deep understanding of data management and analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop the regional digital and data analytics strategy to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.Lead the deployment of digital and data analytics capabilities across the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to business challenges.In partnership with regional and global functions, lead the development and implementation of digital products and services in alignment with the organization's strategy.Work with the respective stakeholders to ensure adequate adoption of solutions and scale-up feasibility.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the analytics team and present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders through comprehensive reports and presentations.Continuous outside-in focus to keep up to date with new trends and emerging Supply Chain technologies.What we are looking for:Required Qualifications6-8 years of experience in digital strategy and deployment, with a proven track record of driving business results.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like process and data engineering or business administration.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Demonstrated experience of 6-8 years in managing and leading digital e-business projects, with knowledge in data engineering and development opportunities.Experience in lean end-to-end supply chain process design and execution.Fluent in English, experience in agile and design thinking methodologies.Desired QualificationsStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Expert knowledge of digital technologies and trends, with the ability to apply them to business challenges.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes with the ability to translate process requirements into digital solutions.Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience in guiding offsite professionals and cross-functional teams on digital projects.Experience in the consumer health or FMCG industry is preferred.
