**Responsibilities**
**Included but not limited to**:
- Build trust with internal team (employees/hiring managers).
- Leading and contributing to winning digital transformation proposals and bids.
- Leading the delivery of client engagements including facilitating workshops and interviews, reviewing processes, standards, and the like, reviewing datasets, mapping architectures, and other business analysis
- Developing tailored digital strategies and associated transformation plans
- Managing and contributing to the successful delivery of digital/technology/data initiatives and projects
**Qualifications**
- Degree educated or equivalent experience.
- ** Experience with Power BI, Figma and PowerPoint.**:
- Desirable experience delivering digital transformation and consultancy projects in a relevant sector such as construction, manufacturing, defense, government, or telecommunications.
- Passionate about transforming businesses using enabling technology and improving the way clients operate.
- Confident working in a technology-driven environment but not necessarily from an IT background.
- Understanding of the interplay between human and technology sides of digital transformation.
- Understanding and experience of three years or more on the following topics in a consulting context:
- Digital strategy and transformation planning
- Data strategy including data architecture, modelling, governance, and literacy.
- Program management office (PMO) set-up and management
- Business change management with a digital/technology bias
- Enterprise architecture principles, methods, and tools
- Data analysis, analytics, and business intelligence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in designing and facilitating multidisciplinary workshops.
- Natural ability to work in mixed teams, engage credibly at a senior level, provide direction, and help others in the team to develop.
