Digital Business Analyst

Role: Digital Business Analyst Contract Duration: Long Term Work Hours: US Time (EST) Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: 100% Remote in Mexico Responsibilities: Review requests to install software. Check various software lists to determine if the software is already known and reviewed If software already packaged - redirect the requester to obtain the software through the proper channel Otherwise, perform a general technical assessment (business applicability, compatibility, security, compliance, deployment scope) Determine whether software is replicating functionality in the portfolio already Forward software consideration for further assessment if necessary (Cybersecurity, Procurement, Business Systems, etc.) Gather information to "register" the software (LeanIX). Direct software request for packaging or a suitable deployment method.
