If you're passionate about design, proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and eager to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you!Main responsibilitiesDesign engaging digital assets for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Develop and iterate on visual concepts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs that enhance the user experience.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and accuracy.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all designs meet strategic objectives and are optimized for performance across digital channels.Requirements and skillsProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, Sketch, or similar.Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design for various devices.Ability to create both static and animated digital content.Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, including experience with web and mobile platforms.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.3+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or a similar industry.Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketing campaign design is preferred.For this position, fluency in English is required.
