Digital Insight Analysts are required to join our Insight Teams to work on some of the world's largest, high scale eCommerce platforms and online customer journeys in our offices in Portugal (Lisbon and Porto).

Reporting to the Head of Customer Insight & Activation, you will be responsible for analysing digital behaviour in order to provide rich, actionable insight and recommendations to our clients.

Due to continued growth, our capabilities in Portugal are expanding and we are looking for Digital Insight Analysts to join our team.
This is a really exciting time to join us and work with some of the worlds best known brands and retailers such as Bosch, DFS, Johnson & Johnson, MAC, Nestl, Sainsburys, Selfridges, Shell, Specialized, Tempur and Tiffany & Co.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Digital Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Creating measurement plans that identify the customer behaviour to be tracked (you will work closely with our implementation analysts for this)
Establishing detailed reporting and visualisations that help our clients understand the performance of their digital channels
Creating detailed insight reports that cover key findings and recommendations
Presenting your findings to a senior-level client audience and helping them understand what it means for their business
Working with our internal UX and design teams to inform the creation of new websites and apps
Answering client queries and running training sessions with them
The techy bit.we need you to be really great at:
Solid experience working as an insight/data analyst, ideally in an ecommerce setting (client or agency)
Advanced practical knowledge of Google Analytics, ideally including its Enhanced Ecommerce functionality
A proven track record of delivering large insight projects for leading B2C organisations
Numerically adept in using Excel (or similar) to analyse data
Previous experience supporting junior team members
Extensive experience working with senior client stakeholders
Effective time management and multitasking abilities
If you know some of this even better!
Practical knowledge of visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau and Qlikview (or proficiency in using R or Python packages for relevant visualisation).
Experience working with any of the following tools is a bonus:
Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SessionCam, Decibel Insight, ContentSquare, Optimizely, Monetate, Qubit, HotJar, CrazyEgg
In our Portuguese offices, you will join a team of other specialists who are always ready to help each other.
The team is part of our Wunderman Thompson Commerce network and works in coordination with our Local and EMEA client leads.
