Lead the global DM team in planning, scheduling, and creating engaging content for key social platforms. Analyze social metrics and use insights to optimize content strategy and campaign performance. Develop strategies to drive online sales and improve user experience across e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and effective product launches online. Monitor key metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention to continuously enhance the e-commerce channel. Analyze digital campaign results and prepare performance reports, providing actionable insights for future optimizations.
