Improving the client's experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption. Managing a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue when applicable. Providing pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products within scope and area of knowledge. Becoming an expert on all client's Advertising solutions. Identifying trends and solving problems. Providing vital product insights & feedback from their ownexperience using the client's Products and sharing the feedback from the client's Advertisers. Producing success stories from advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the client's products. Using a variety of tools to properly communicate and drive Advertiser's business to success
