Social Media & Digital Presence : Manage social media accounts, Amazon posts, influencer collaborations, email marketing, and ManyChat campaigns. ? Customer Support Management : Oversee reviews, feedback, and external customer messages to ensure a positive brand experience. ? Creative Team Management : Lead the graphic designer, videographer, photographer, copywriter, and product research team, ensuring alignment with brand standards. ? Content Creation & Oversight : Supervise the production of product photos, videos, copywriting, and research for new product ideas. ? Project Leadership : Identify and execute strategic initiatives to expand into new markets. Preferred Experience ? E-commerce or Amazon selling experience. ?
