In this role, you will be responsible for all creative aspects of the business, ensuring high-quality execution of visual content, customer engagement, and brand representation across all platforms.
You'll lead a talented multidisciplinary team—including a graphic designer, videographer, photographer, copywriter, and product research specialists — to transform customer insights into captivating stories and engaging visuals that resonate.
Qualifications Advanced English proficiency : Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Design experience : Basic understanding of graphic design to effectively guide the creative team.

Email marketing : Experience in planning, creating, and optimizing email campaigns for engagement and conversions.
Project management : Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Leadership : Proven experience in leading and motivating a creative team.
Data-driven : Ability to analyze performance data to inform creative strategies.
Responsibilities ? Social Media & Digital Presence : Manage social media accounts, Amazon posts, influencer collaborations, email marketing, and ManyChat campaigns.
? Customer Support Management : Oversee reviews, feedback, and external customer messages to ensure a positive brand experience.
? Creative Team Management : Lead the graphic designer, videographer, photographer, copywriter, and product research team, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
? Content Creation & Oversight : Supervise the production of product photos, videos, copywriting, and research for new product ideas.
? Project Leadership : Identify and execute strategic initiatives to expand into new markets.
Preferred Experience ? E-commerce or Amazon selling experience.
? Familiarity with influencer marketing and ManyChat.
? Experience with design and content creation tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Final Cut Pro.
