We need a Digital Marketing Assistant who will take ownership of our digital marketing initiatives. Compensation is $1100 - $1500 USD per month depending on qualifications, experience, and what you can bring to the business. We are looking for someone who is extremely analytical and loves digital marketing.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing. The more experience the better.
Available to work pacific time hours (7am - 4 pm).
Significant experience leading campaigns in digital marketing (organic and paid), consumer goods marketing and/or B2B marketing
You can show tangible results for your work in Social Media Management, Email Marketing and Paid Advertising. We really mean tangible results
You must be highly analytical and obsessed with KPIs
You love to test your campaigns and have a portfolio full of examples where you made decision based on performance numbers
You have experience in a handful of paid ads platforms and can work with a budget (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
You have strong knowledge of Google Analytics UA or GA4, Google Tag Manager, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Ahrefs, MOZ, etc.
You must have experience with walking through a reporting structure to communicate/display ad performance across different platforms and report on ongoing experiments that need to be tested
Design skills & brand development experience is desired: you can show a portfolio of examples to show these skills
Fully remote - ability to work autonomously and with little direction
Open to learn and take feedback
You must be extremely comfortable writing copy in English for marketing initiatives
Ability to communicate (exceptional writing skills, speaking, reading, listening) in English

Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials.
Show tangible results for your work in Social Media Management, Email Marketing and Paid Advertising.
Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Organic, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
Generate engaging and relevant content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and channels, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
Test and analyze campaigns
Recommend metrics and build ways to track those metrics on a regular basis
Thoughtfully present weekly reporting on campaign performance, highlight what's worked, new experiments to run, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Assist in the design and creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, infographics, and other visual assets.
Support the planning and execution of marketing events and webinars.
