We're looking for an experienced data analyst with exposure to digital advertising to engage in a wide array of data analytics projects on behalf of our agency and enterprise clients.
**_ This role supports teams working in US Eastern Standard/Daylight Time and should be flexible to support and work in these times._**
**What Y'all do**:
- Partner with a data scientist to build analyses that unlock growth for our clients.
- Work directly with clients to distill data insights and update learnings over time.
- _ Partner with Growth Marketing Department leaders to ensure campaign success_
- _ Work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing & Sales, Finance and Engineering teams to solve problems, identify trends, and define key metrics._
- Build scalable analysis solutions utilizing Python, SQL, and other tools
- Design and track metrics on external and internal data, ensuring the continuous improvement of outcomes through an iterative process and test-and-learn strategies
- Enhance the quality of acquisition and retention team's output by providing analytical support
- _ 4+ years of industry experience working with and analyzing marketing data to drive strategy and make decisions_
- Passionate about solving marketing problems for brands by delivering key insights about their customers, audiences, and business trajectory.
- Familiarity and experience with machine learning and time series projections techniques.
- _ Fluency in Python and SQL_
- _ Thorough understanding of the ecommerce marketing landscape, with an emphasis on Shopify, Meta (formerly Facebook) ads, and Google Ads._
- _ BS/BA in an analytical field (science, math, engineering, finance, etc.)_
- _ Strong analytical skills and ability to make fast decisions with limited and noisy data_
- _ Strong knowledge of the overall D2C ad landscape (Shopify strongly preferred)_
- _ Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data and to organize findings and translate into actionable insights using original or innovative techniques_
- Self-starter - the entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact
