Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and skilled at engaging audiences online to achieve brand objectives and drive growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services across all digital channels.Oversee and optimize the company's social media presence, including creating engaging content and managing interactions on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and generate website traffic.Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media.Design, build, and maintain our social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including metrics such as impressions, engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to create and optimize engaging digital content.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, insights, and opportunities.Monitor and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in B2B or B2C settings.In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).Strong understanding of web analytics, content management systems (CMS), and basic HTML/CSS.Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Experience in graphic design or familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar digital marketing certifications.Working Conditions:This is a full-time position that may be office-based, hybrid, or remote depending on company policies.The role may require occasional overtime, particularly during campaign launches or other peak periods.#J-18808-Ljbffr
